Take a day…

Beating ourselves up for resting isn’t restful. It actually just makes us more tired and need more rest (which we never get if we’re in a guilt/shame spiral.) This is self-sabotage to a T. ⁣⁣⁣⁣It’s not like we started shaming ourselves for no reason though. Grind culture encourages us to run ourselves into the ground….
