Self-Care Saturday’s

Happy Saturday friends, I hope you’re all having a good one so far.
I wanted to remind you to take some time over this weekend to actually rest and allow your body to recover from all the hard work you have done over the last week…
Remember you are not a super-woman, and there is only so much you can do/take before you and your body needs a rest.
I personally slept until 11am this morning😴, and even though I am behind on some emails, DMs and general everything-ness, I didn’t let myself feel guilty about it, because I needed that time today.🙌🏾
Now I’m up, I’ve eaten some eggs, and canadian ham and I’m ready to start into all the things I need to do this weekend at as gentle and relaxed a pace I can.
Remember, self-care is not selfish, so take some time for you this weekend. 💕
