Find the peace within✨✨

Are you feeling the heaviness in the air right now? Remember that we are navigating through this together — keep your immune systems up by washing your hands, eating nourishing foods, getting enough sleep, stretching and mediation has been in my routine.🧎🏽‍♀️In the midst of chaos it’s important to keep stillness inside of you. This morning my sprained ankle allowed me to stretch a bit more during my meditation session 🙌🏾💆🏽‍♀️
